Orders & Payment

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at 15% where indicated at checkout.
• Online payments are processed securely by PayFast; MrsCrafty does not store card details.
• An order is confirmed once payment is received (or, for EFT/cash-on-delivery orders, once acknowledged by us).
• Product availability and pricing are subject to change; obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch, in which case you may cancel for a full refund.

Shipping & Returns

• We deliver within South Africa. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by courier and region.
• Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). Contact us before returning any item.
• Defective goods may be returned within 6 months of delivery as provided by the CPA.

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to MrsCrafty or its licensors (product images and descriptions may be supplied by manufacturers/distributors). It may not be reproduced without permission.
